The Firing of Bickerstaff.

The firing of JB Bickerstaff was necessary despite their good regular season record and a first-round playoff win.

Yes, there were a lot of injuries and different line-ups he had to deal with, but my issue with him was game-day coaching when other teams made adjustments he seemed clueless to adjust to their adjustments.

His rotations were questionable, I thought he should have given more minutes to Merrill and Porter JR who always made things happen when he was on the court.

Thought our defense of the 3pt shot was just horrible.

I felt there was no way the Magic should have taken us to 7 games we were a better team and they had zero playoff experience.

And my last complaint was shared by a lot of Twitter people his constant complaints to the refs probably the main reason we didn't get a lot of calls.

Not sure who they will hire, but hopefully its someone who knows how to run an offense.
