The Guardians had a great homestand going 5-1 against the Mariners and the Blue Jays.
After losing game one of the series 8-5 in a game where McKenzie got rocked, I'm definitely worried about him, they came back to pound the Mariners in game two 8-0, Bibbe pitched 6 scoreless innings with a career-high 12 and 2 HRs by Josh Naylor aa HR by Kwan.
Then they finished up the series with a 6-3 win with a pretty solid start by Allen and a big HR by Gimenez to win the series.
They beat Toronto 7-1 in the first game of the series scoring all 7 runs in 2nd inning and got a really solid performance out of Cookie something he definitely needed.
In the 2nd game of the series, the Guardians beat the Jays 6-3, by hitting HRs, Ramierz, Bo Naylor, Kwan, and Schneemann, and another good start by Ben Lively.
The Guardians finished the sweep with a 6-5 win after trailing early the Guardians took the lead after a rain-delayed and never looked back.
The Guardians used the long ball and solid pitching all week to win 5 of 6 an excellent week of baseball for the Guardians now off to Baltiore and Kansas City.
