The loss of Jose Ramierz is trouble for the Guardians not just his bat, but his glove and his overall leadership, his hustle on the bases is huge, Arias will fill in, and we know he's too inconsistent, the pitching is going to have to step up to another level, I have a bad feeling by the time he comes back we’ll be under 500 and that's not good.
